I'm a Customer Experience and Operations Professional. I have helped set up, offshore, outsource and manage customer service and operations teams around the world, including in Europe, North America and throughout the Greater China Region. I've worked with hotels, online travel agencies and both TechTrak 1000 and Fortune 500 companies.

When I am not busy with clients I look to invest in companies that disrupt established markets and patterns and make complicated things simple. I'm particularly curious about FinTech, Aviation and the Hospitality Industry. My geographical area of investment focus is where I grew up, Hong Kong and the wider Greater China region in general.
