Much of my experience lies in the luxury hospitality, travel, and technology sectors, including work with firms listed on the TechTrak 1000 and Fortune 500. These engagements often involve shaping service and operations teams to perform with greater cohesion and foresight, particularly where brand, reputation, and guest experience intersect. I take a sustained interest in how service evolves to meet rising expectations and how systems can be refined to deliver consistency, character, and care.

I also advise selectively in the education space, supporting individuals and institutions in navigating academic and admissions pathways. This work is guided by the same principles that inform my broader consultancy practice: attention to detail, structural clarity, and a commitment to long-term outcomes.
